Anadolu Hayvancılık was founded in 1996 by Nurdan Erbuğ.
Since its establishment, the company has been importing genetic material such as breeding stock, frozen bull, ram and buck semen, and embryos, as well as veterinary tools and equipment, artificial insemination instruments and consumables, machines and supplies for milk and colostrum management (such as pasteurizers and colostrum bags), and calf and lamb milk replacers. These imports are sourced from the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Italy. Anadolu Livestock is the official distributor in Türkiye for numerous companies including Genus ABS (ABS Global), Groupe Umotest, Coopex Montbéliarde, Alpuro Breeding, Van Drie Group, MVE Biological Solutions, and DairyTech Inc.
Anadolu Livestock is also highly active in training programs, organizing both domestic and international educational events for industry stakeholders. Its sales team, composed of veterinarians and animal scientists, provides services across Türkiye.
World Wide Sires, the world’s largest artificial insemination and semen production cooperative, acquired Anadolu Hayvancılık in March 2023. With this acquisition, Anadolu Hayvancılık has gained Türkiye’s largest semen import and distribution network.
